MEDIA RELEASE

I, the undersigned, for myself or as the parent or legal guardian of the Minor Participant named below, hereby grant Stone Hill Sport Horse, LLC, its agents, and employees, the following rights:

• Permission to Record: I grant full permission to capture, record, and utilize photographs, video, and audio recordings of myself and/or of the Minor Participant named below during their participation in equine activities at Stone Hill.

• Usage Rights: I understand that these materials may be used by Stone Hill Sport Horse, LLC for promotional, educational, or informational purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, newsletters, and marketing materials.

• Ownership: I acknowledge that Stone Hill Sport Horse, LLC shall own all rights, title, and interest in these materials, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product.

• Release of Liability: I hereby release Stone Hill Sport Horse, LLC and its owners, Acacia Perko, from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I or the Minor Participant may have arising out of or in connection with the use of these materials.
